Parchment: Transcripts

The Good News:  We have several of you ordering your transcirpts from Parchment

The Bad News:  You are sending them to yourselves NOT your College.  Therefore, you have not met your final deadline.

Instructions:

1.  GO TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND LOG IN

2 .CLICK ON "SEND TRANSCRIPT"  bar  (gold letters in a black rectangle)

3. You will be taken to a page that says:  WHERE WOULD YOU LIKE YOUR TRANSCRIPTS SENT?

Click on the "Academic Institution" (The graduation hat icon)

Below you will see a search bar.

Type in the name of your institution (the college you are going to attend)

If at that point you are unable to find the school and complete the process go to the top right hand corner of the page and click on the "?" symbol

This will take you to the help page where you will find a video tutorial on how to order transcripts.

If all of this totally confuses you, take the time to get a personal tutorial when you pick up your transcript (if I am available) or ask for Mr. Huang.

Diplomas

The diplomas will be available Tuesday June 16 at 8:30 AM.

WHEN you pick up your diplomas tomorrow, remember to bring the following:

1)  Your green cover so we can fill it with your diploma

2)  Money so you can pay for any outstanding debts…..like $15.00 for test returns to BYU or $65.00 for missing calculators (or forbid it) textbooks

Physics:  $150.00; Statistics $$196.35; AP Calculus $198.00; Government $73.50; Economics $84.00; English:  A variety of missing books—see Ms. Ortega for Costs.

The following students also need to bring in community service hours in order to pick up your diploma:

Congratulations Class of 2014!!!

 CHA FOR TEA is giving away FREE DRINKS to iPoly HS graduates of 2014. To redeem your free drink:

- Come in on your graduation day: 6/16/14 Mon 10am-10pm

  CHA FOR TEA -- Pomona: 3560 Temple Ave in University Plaza: Corner of Temple Ave & Valley/Pomona Blvd. (4 min drive)

- Bring your Student ID Card.

- Must be WEARING both your cap and gown.

- "Like" or "Share" Facebook page: Cha For Tea Pomona, and show this flyer either on your phone or bring a printed copy. 

- Grab your free drink and celebrate!!!

Graduation is almost here!!

1. Graduation is Monday June 16 at 10 AM.  But you need to be there by 9:15 AM.   When I say there, I mean come up between building 97 (Carl's Jr) and building 5.   It is right above the graduation site and this is where we line up.  I will be there.

2.  There will a bottle of water under your seat at graduation.  Tell your guests however to bring their own water.  

3.  Graduation Cords:  I have them still.  If you are on campus this next week, go see Hunzeker, otherwise wait for me.

4. Graduation Robes, Tassels etc:   I received tassels.  So far, I have saved a tassel for Victor C, Paola, Lupe, Christine, Alexis, Ralph, Diego, Isaac, Junior, Xena, Daniel, Jackie G, Alfredo, Madisyn.

5.  Senior Breakfast Information:

Graduation progress due this Wednesday evening!

Please check this file to make sure the main office has the correct college/military/etc… designation for you.  If it needs to be updated, either let Purther or Pittman know by sending them an email showing evidence of acceptance into a program.
