Players must be ready and at the field by the time listed to start warm ups. Make sure you bring water and are PROPERLY DRESSED in work out clothes. This week's practice schedule will be the following:
- Monday - NONE
- Tuesday - Lunch (12:50-2:30 Offense and Defense)
- Wednesday - Lunch (12:50-2:30 Defense Only)
- Thursday - Lunch (12:50-2:30 Offense Only)
- Friday - House Block
